A translation for convenience; the Spanish version governs and prevails where the two differ. In short: this site carries no analytics and no advertising, profiles nobody, and handles only what you type into the contact form. The one cookie involved is a security cookie from our infrastructure provider, described in section 7.

2. What data we process

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email address, subject and the message itself. No browsing data, no IP addresses for analysis, and no special categories of data.

3. What we use it for, and on what legal basis

Solely to read your enquiry and answer it. The lawful basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box on the form, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

4. How long we keep it

The message stays in our mailbox for as long as the exchange lasts and for as long as is needed to deal with anything arising from it. After that it is deleted.

5. Who else sees it

The form is delivered through our mail provider, which acts as a processor under a contract meeting article 28 GDPR. The site is served from Cloudflare’s network, which processes the request in order to deliver the page. We pass data to nobody else, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to legal@socialinnova.com, saying which one you mean. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, and complain to the Spanish data protection authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your request properly.

7. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own — no analytics, no advertising, no social media. It uses no local storage, no pixels and no browser fingerprinting, and it profiles nobody.

One technical cookie from Cloudflare, the platform serving the site, is involved:

cf_clearance

Cloudflare sets it to tell human traffic from automated traffic and protect the site from abuse. It is strictly necessary for the security of the service, identifies nobody, is not used to follow anyone between sites, and expires after a year. Being essential to providing the service, it is exempt from prior consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, which is why there is no banner asking permission.

Beyond that, the only requests the browser makes are to this domain, for the page, the styles, the fonts and the logos. Nothing is loaded from third-party servers.

You can block or delete this cookie in your browser settings. The site will carry on working, though Cloudflare may show you an extra security check.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. The form is processed on the server without storing the content of the message in any database: it becomes an email directly.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the review date at the top of the page.
